This hotel had a fridge, air conditioning, and an iron in the room, which was really great, and it also had a fantastic location right next to the restaurant.

fairly clean place with exceptionally nice and superbly friendly staff members and harbour views. newly decorated and modern room, had a perfectly pleasant stay as an one night stop over during a road trip. great location and nice clean facilities. great way to end our trip.

I had a really good stay and will definitely come back. the room was brand-new and featured a spa bath, along with beautiful views over the water. It had everything I needed. the location was absolutely perfect and very comfortable, just a short distance from the Entrance Town Centre. I enjoyed the safe, welcoming area surrounding the hotel.

The double room was well-appointed with a fantastic view of the port, providing guests with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. the hotel boasts a prime location, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas, including charming cafes and the beach, which makes for a delightful experience during your stay in Portland.

Being moved rooms due to mistake by hotel staff and not being offered a sorry present!

The food in fron restaurant was lovely but expensive I felt.

The staff here were friendly and really knew their stuff. the view of the harbor was lovely, and it's conveniently located right next to the Tourist Information center and a bistro. 😊.

The staff at reception were fantastic on our arrival,and we loved the restaurant for breakfast ,the atmosphere in there was lovely ,staff very welcoming...

The pool heating wasn't working and was very dirty..

We were disappointed that when we arrived the hotel had been told by Booked.net that the booking was for 4 adults in 2 rooms, not 4 adults and 4 children as confirmed in our written booking confirmation. This meant that the hotel had to put a trundle bed in each room and they charged us an extra $60! As this was a problem from Booked.net they would not waive the fee. On our booking confirmation there was no indication that there was no bed for the 3rd and 4th child. If we had known this when booking we would have booked elsewhere.
